Blueberry & Kale Smoothie

Start meatless Monday off right with an iron and antioxidant-rich smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 2 cups organic baby kale
  • 2 cups freshly juice apple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp protein powder
  • Ice

Directions

This smoothie is so satisfying! You’ll need a juicer and a blender to make it. If you don’t have a juicer to press the apples, you can buy fresh apple juice from your local farmers market or Whole Foods.
