- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 cups organic baby kale
- 2 cups freshly juice apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. hemp protein powder
This smoothie is so satisfying! You’ll need a juicer and a blender to make it. If you don’t have a juicer to press the apples, you can buy fresh apple juice from your local farmers market or Whole Foods.
